WATER AEROBIC CLASSES
Instructor, Margy Collins
Daytime and Evening
Receive an aerobic workout without the stiff muscles. Both days are recommended for best aerobic benefit. Cards may be purchased at the pool from the instructor.
The pool is available for individuals who would like to do lap swimming. Cards may be purchased at the pool when you lap swim. Swimmers may attend any of the given times for lap swimming. Please note that water walking is scheduled at the same time - check with the lifeguard for lanes to use for lap swimming.
Swim passes for any open swim or lap times
Mom’s in Motion is a water exercise class taught by a physical therapist, specifically designed for pregnant women and new moms. The class is designed for participants to enjoy a comfortable form of exercise in a socially fun environment. Medical Dr. note of approval is required. Fee: Participants may purchase a punch card at the pool from the instructor or pay $4.00 per time. $20 for 5 sessions, or $32 for 10 sessions.
