Early Childhood Family Education and School Readiness
Quality Learning Opportunities for You and Your Child
Parenting information and support for you!
What is ECFE and SR?
Bemidji's Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) and School Readiness (SR) programs are for all families in the Bemidji School District. We offer many opportunities for you and your child ages birth to five years old.
We recognize that parents are a child's first and most important teachers and that sometimes parents need support and encouragement for this responsibility. ECFE/SR offers a variety of classes that meet on a weekly basis.
ECFE and SR classes are held at Paul Bunyan Center (3300 Gillett Drive NW)
and more SR classes are also held at Jack & Jill Preschool (on the BSU campus)
To inquire about current ECFE and School Readiness openings please contact Sue at 333-3119. You can register online at (www.bemidjicommunityed.com) or call Bemidi Community Education at 333-3284.
